Yes. When the stress response ends.. The symptoms leave. So you need to work on reducing stress and anxiety through lifestyle changes and possibly medication.
3 months ago I was sent to the hospital for severe Brain fog and numbness. I touched and couldn't feel anything for a delay of like 6 seconds. Things were going very slow and I felt drunk and impaired. My head had a lot of pressure. With migraines and sensitivity to light. They said it was severe stress.. So I had to trust them and the research confirmed it. Im significantly better now and I didn't use medication.

Existencial thoughts, changed surroundings, people looks unfamiliar, brain fog, dizziness, numbness, 2D, sometimes I have thoughts like "why people look like this?" "Why am I here?", social isolation, feeling strange.

Yes.. Sounds like derealization. Isolation is a big cause aswell. If your in your room all day like I was it will make it worse. Your body looses touch with reality and nature and derealization with happen.
How's your lifestyle now? Are you working? Are you Agrophobic?

I am a student, so I am still on my summer vacation. It's just crazy. This week is horrible. I can't stop thinking about my existence.

If your still able to function and go to school your better off than where I was. I couldn't leave my room.. Had troubles going to the bathroom.. It was that bad. Here's what helped me.. Diet(Fruit n veggies/Meat N soup / Moderate carbs) no stimulants or sugar or processed foods) / Exercise / Sleep / Sun bathing / walking in nature. Supplements (stress B vitamin complex and magnesium / multivitamin) Meditation 2-3 times a day even if I wasn't anxious.. Over time it kills all anxiety. If this doesn't work consider seeing a good psychiatrist and trying meds for a short amount of time while doing what I said above (Basically lifestyle + on top of cutting anything that causes you to stress.. Like people or news ect)
Do you do drugs? Pot and hard drugs are known to cause derealization.

I agree it's most likely anxiety. Have you ever seen a doctor about it? What did they say?

So, antidepressants won't cure dp/dr too. They will just relive my symptoms?

A antidepressant will make you (normal) to where you won't have any symptom's

It might depend on which ones so you could take some medical advice on that as I don't know if it applies to every one. I would try filling your day with things and even the yoga if you are up for that.

maybe you could get a lesson at your place if you don't like going out.
