i have a lot of crusty bits in my eyes but its allergies, i randomly choked again today its scary x

Choked? Oh dear, is it allergy related? Maybe reflux?

Yes it is a thing. I just went for an eye exam yesterday and he said it's very common in both men and women from 40s on and that meno exacerbates it.
I have one dry eye. That's not usual apparently... Can happen with thyroid problems apparently to be on one side but my thyroid is normal.

SO annoying isn't it! Those preservative-free artificial tears really help, thankfully.
