Is echocardiogram an electronic file so we can let it evaluate elsewhere?

My wife had an ECG and de doctor refuses to give copy of the ECG and results. Despite registered letter.

But she asked for the ECG where it was made and got that so we have the ECG diagnosed otherwise.

Now she goes for echocardiogram.

Does anybody know here if the echocardiogram is an electronic file so she can take a memory stick with her if they want to give it just as they did with the ECG on paper, then we can let this also diagnose elswhere.
