Is enormous head pain after dinner one possible symptom of CFS?

Hello group.  I wish everyone well and hope for effective treatments in your future.

Pretty sure my diagnosis is CFS as I've beaten myself down to nothing with work, moving and other things in the last 6 months.  Symptoms include orthostatic hypotension, brain fog, IBS, sound sensitivity and intense after dinner head pain.  No joint pain whatsoever.  I've stretched muscles a few times a day for years.

Does intense head pain fit in to CFS?  My poor wife... after her work gets me at peak pain, sometimes writhing.  It hit 9 to almost 10 today.  It follows after dinner when my lower digestive tract starts grumbling, it starts.  Does this pain sound like one of the CFS symptoms?

    Hi Nick,

Sorry I can't be of much help here as I've not experienced after dinner headaches but CFS does appear to come in many different forms.

I would get it checked out though as it is an unusual symptom.

No it sounds like something else entirely which you need to get diagnosed very quickly.
