I was doing a self check and noticed that that the inside of my vagina isn't as bright pink as it was, and upon further inspection noticed the middle has a big chunk of skin with a string like U piece at the bottom? Is this normal or should I see a doctor?

You look fine to me. As long as you have no pain, discharge, itching or soreness then just forget it. No two vaginas/vulvas are the same shape or colour and most ladies have bits of oddly shaped flesh attached. You are quite normal
