Is it balanitis or herpes or something else?

So, Ive been dealing with this peaky skin disorder around my glans and inner foreskin since July 2022. Last year had balanitis with yeast infection. Visited Urologist, he gave me antibiotics (Doxy), antifungal (Itraconozole), and a cream called Candid B. Course for 10 days.

It got cleared up, then again after 1 or 2 months it re-occured. Had same medicines and treatment but this time gave me Mupriocin cream as I had irritation with Candid B. The symptoms again cleared up. But after 1 or 2 months they occured again. I particularly experienced redness / swelling / slight itching on the inner foreskin and glans.

The urologist suggested me to visit a dermatologist.

The dermatologist examined the area and suggested me a long term course of Tacrolimus topical cream (2 months) along with a short term course of Fluconozole. Also, suggested me to wash the area daily with cold water and mild soap.

The symptoms got better and my penis returned back to normal. But lately as I am on the verge of stopping the use of Tacrolimus, these small red dots appear. Perhaps because I washed it with mild soap and its a soap allergy, but then how do I remove the waxy substance that this cream leaves on my skin? Ive also noticed that after washing with soap and applying coconut oil to sooth the area, such eruptions occur. What are they?

I am very tired and feeling helpless. What should I do? pls help!!!
