Is it better to wear contact lenses than eye glasses?
If I put the lenses of my glasses closer to my eyes, I feel somewhat better.
So I assumed contact lenses would be better.

i wear glasses cause i feel better taking them off sometimes.

Hi there, I would say that wearing contacts might be better for you. The eyeglasses magnification is different as you move your eyes, specially when you see through the sides or bellow, where there are no glasses, and that difference might trigger the vertigo or dizziness. If you get tired of wearing your contacts you'll need to take a break, obviously, but then for the majority of your activity put them back on. High quality eyeglasses will help, if you go to a professional they will recommend specific eyeglasses that best fit your condition. I still recommend the contacts over the eyeglasses.
