IS IT BV OR GONORRHEA? PLEASE HELP

Posted , 4 users are following.

i am 18 and i haven't had sex since january of 2021, and it was just oral sex.. we both went down on each other

in july i felt like i had a yeast infection (i have had it before and symptoms were similar) so i took an anti fungal and my vagina was okay for a while

but for a couple of weeks my vagina has been very itchy and the discharge varies, it is either milky or slightly yellowish or slightly greenish

it also smells slightly fishy after i masturbate

vagina looks healthy and is just a little red,

i also used anti bacterial soap on my vulva because i thought it was safe but now im worried that it messed up my vaginal health

please help i cannot go to a doctor at the moment

Hi, it sounds like you might have a bacterial vaginitis. You have been using hard soap in there... plain water is fine. You'll need to do some test to rule out std possibilities... but with the timeline it sounds more like BV.

Yellowish-greenish discharge is a sign of infection. It won't go away unless you get the proper treatment. You need to see a doctor.
