Is it common for extra beats/ectopic ventricles to be accompanied by heart pain and dizziness?

I would feel a lot less panicy when I have bad episodes if I didn't also have heart pain (maybe a 4 out of 10)
and dizziness. I am starting to wonder if it's something about being in bed that makes them worse?
I can also predict when I'll have a bad one that causes me to break out in pins and needles well before it happens
by discomfort in my chest.
is it like this for other people?
should I ask to see another cardiologist?

How long does the pain last, just for that beat, or for minutes or longer?
I've had a whole spectrum of symptoms, and half a dozen doctors and specialists didn't care, as they say if you can walk into a cardiologist's office they don't really want to see you.
After being bad to really bad for about six years, mine started to get better, it might be meds, or diet, or pure chance. Doctors were pretty much no help at all, unless you think watching them shrug is somehow reassuring.

I get the pain on and off at various times, not always coinciding with the extra beats. but then other times I have a really strong extra beat and it hurts more intensely simultaneously. mine are very much connected to my hormonal cycle. I also have pulsatile tinnitus which can make things more anxiety causing because I can constantly hear my heart beat/blood flow and it's disconcerting when I'm getting the pain but don't appear to have had any extra beats (I can hear the change when they happen, but I usually feel the flutter too)
