I was undiagnosed for 7 years and when i got diagnosed in 2014 it was a relief that i had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia instead of me thinking im a hypocondriac.

I experience neck and shoulder pain, all joint and muscle pain, morning stiffness, hot and cold sweats, chronic fatuige, episodes of feeling nausea and even lose my voice i get laryngitis alot whilst having a flare. Every day is different with fibro some days you have a good day and others are bad. I would ask that u see a rhuemetologist they can do the checks and diagnose you hun.

Having fibro is a treatable disease. See your rheumatologist.,there are

    many meds to help..

also low on vit B & b12 or D can cause many issues along with thryoid .

there may be a couple of things going on . Hope they can be sorted out soon and your feeling better with a proper positive diagnosis.thats the main issue feeling secure with proper care so it can be managed and move on to living life eliminate the worry..

Unfortunately, it can take a long time to get a correct diagnosis. There are several ailments that are symptoms but it is more a diagnosis of exclusion. So many of the symptoms fit different diseases that they have to rule them out first. They (PCP, RA and ID docs) drew 25 vials of blood and ran every test they could before my pcp helped diagnose me. I felt like I was a crazy human pin cushion.

I suffered migraine, tmj, cfs, joint pain, tingling in hands and feet, restless leg syndrome, muscle weakness, night sweats, and ibs. They tried meds to help manage my symptoms but I had side effects so I changed my diet and started taking supplements. It has been helping. Don't give up hope! We are here if you need us.

No problem. I have been where you are and it's frustrating not knowing what is going on. I did the same as you. Went on sites and helped diagnose myself.

As for the fibro fog, it can come and go just as the other symptoms. There was a time that if my GPS want on, I couldn't find my way home. I even used to go to the doctor and have her tell me results in person and record it on my phone so I could play it back to remember what she said. Routine helps too. Just remember you are not alone.
