Is it Genital Herpes or not??

So about early September I began to have these itching on my penis (i’m Uncercunstized) and then one ulcer, then another, and another. No blisters, just direct ulceration on the gland and foreskin. Tears came back positive for herpes 1 (3,4) and negative for Herpes 2 (less than 0,08), both IgG, 40 days after my last sexual  (it was with condom). Tears came negative for sífilis and hiv. Antibiotics and antifungal are not working, I can’t keep the area dry and I don’t know what else to do. It’s been 2 months already

Two months of continuous ulceration does not sound like herpes, as herpes is not continuously persistent. Have you had it swabbed for herpes just in case, and swabbed for other things?

What do you mean by swab?? I’ve had blood IgG exams for herpes 1 and 2, sífilis, Hiv, hepatitis B and C. At the time of the test I was 40 days apart from my last sexual relation, and with condom. IgG for herpes 1 came positive 3,4, herpes 2 came negative 0,08. My doctor told me that with 40 days blood test would reveal at least a little amount of antibodies for herpes 2 and he thinks I should do another test for herpes 1, since 3,4 is a very low number for positive. But I don’t know what else to do men, i’ve had 15 pills of antibiotic and it’s bad still

A swab is where they take something like a Q-tip to directly sample the virus or bacteria at the lesion site, which is then tested for whatever the doctor suggests, usually by culture, to help determine what it is. Since your lesions are bad and ongoing, I would get a swab done to rule in or out various infections. You can include herpes, although I doubt that's what this is. A swab is much more direct than any blood test and can also look for bacteria, etc.

You think it’s possible to be some kind of bad ass resistent bacteria or some kind? I don’t think it’s yeast, because I took the medication for five days for yeast and nothing. I’m so afraid that this is a chronic Herpes that went bad because I’m not uncercunstized

A swab should be able to determine if it's bacteria, whether resistant or not. I would just go and get it tested rather than continuing to worry about what it might be.
