Is it herpes???

These small bumps that form in a line have appeared on both sides of my labia 3 days ago. They are painless and they do not hurt when I urine or shower. I suspect it is a yeast infection as I've had one before and the rash was the same as this one. it's been 3 months since I've had sex I've on had one partner for 8 months now. There was mild itching a few weeks before this appeared. The rash itches but only mildly which is why I'm skeptical if its a yeast infection because my first yeast infection was severely itchy. When I first discovered this I also noticed a small amount of white yeasty discharge in my vaginal opening. I've been tested for Chlamydia Hpv gohnnerea Hiv and they were all negative. I also have bumps similar on my labia that have been there for 8 months no pain & they didnt form into blisters or ulcers then vanish as I've read herpes does they came shortly after me & my partner had an abortion.. I've been applying antifungal cream for 2 days now it has helped but not drastically. I've ordered a herpes test & I'll draw my blood later this week. I've been tossing & turning so worried. I've only ever had 4 sexual partners in my lifetime. whiteness in pictures is from cream I applied.imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimage

update, I recently visited the clinic & tested negative for all std's including herpes. Turns out I have super sensitive skin down there & the the rash was caused by a yeast infection from using harsh soaps on my genitals.
