Is It Herpes?

I have 3 pimples or spot under my lip for about a month Is it herpes never had a cold sore or felt any symptons but curious

    Without a picture it is a little difficult to make a guess. Assuming that the spot you refer to as "under the lip" is on the outside of the mouth, see if there aren't little bubbles with clear liquid in them. Also, try to notice if this area is itchy and has any pain or sensibility. The ideal thing would be to see a dermatologist or a general doctor to give you the right diagnosis so that you can start the treatment as soon as possible, in case it is herpes, thus avoiding the crisis to last longer than necessary.
