Is it herpes

OK. So I've been experiencing these tiny Red bumps on my penis. They don't hurt, no bleeding or pus it , no blisters, no itching, no lesions, no discharge. Just redness dry skin and tiny Red bumps. I haven't had sex since I tested positive for Chlamydia. The antibiotics they gave me were azithocromicin and a shot that was injected in my butt. Ever since then I've been experiencing these symptoms as described up above. And also burning of the urine and while masturbating for 2 days but my urologist told me to take some urinary pain meds and it went away and I haven't experienced any of that since. I seen my doctor yesterday but she sounded so unsure about it maybe herpes that it made me uncomfortable. She went from it just looks irritated from it looks like herpes. She barely looked at it touched it. I guess my question is that I want to know if these are signs of herpes or friction burns/irritation from masturbating because I have been masturbating with this coconut oil recently and when me and my girlfriend had sex it was rough and sometimes I can feel skin pulling as I enter for intercourse. I know I'm everywhere but I need help please.
(Also worth mentioning I get my results back tomorrow)

first off to stop it from getting worse were a rubber. Explain to your
girl whatever it is your passing it back and forth. 2nd stop the oil
it stays on skin long and holds baccteria in place.
hand cream or soap in shower safe.
Rid the virus before it starts acting up somewere else.
Papaloma and other viruses have been found in tissue from
brain tumors. Play with fire and it will burn. Hope this helps.
Oh find a new doctor who shows interest.

I agree with Andrew, wear a condom or even refrain from sexual intercourse for a while as you're only going to pass the virus (if it is) back and forth.
Are you comfortable uploading a photo of the red bumps? Someone may be able to help you identify them if they've seen or experienced this before.

1. How do you upload pictures
2. I've been using neosporin and Vaseline to help it go away. Just started using hydrocortisone and alcohol wipes. It's not itching bleeding, hurting etc. I just want it to go away. Should I continue ?

You need to use a computer. In the reply box, in the top right-hand corner there is an 'Upload an Image' button.
If it's not harming you, then continue until you receive your results.
