Is it herpes

so a girl lied to me about having hsv2, we used a condom but i wasnt erect the entire time so it couldve slipped or her fluids couldve gotten into the condom, its been around 20 days after and it doesnt hurt at all down there, however it looks like this now, my doctors told me not to be worried but whenever I have gone it has looked normal and then I wake up the next day and it goes back to this. idk if its lighting or whatnot, but should I be worried
