I have been noticed that there is some blisters in my penis, spectrum and armpits.I have very pain and burning sensation on that specific area,and also sometimes I'am getting pain from inside of anal.Kindly advise me is it HSV or some other Sexually transmited infections.

The ones on your scrotum appear to be from your hair follicles but the other near your penis head should be tested.

there is currently no cure for herpes. There is antiviral treatment that can be taken to suppress the virus and to stop shedding so you dont pass it to someone else. but there is no cure. they have been working on a vaccine for over 50 years and they have had to many hiccups in the human trials so the FDA has not approved any. there are currently vaccines in the trial phase but they will not be on the market until after 2027 if they make it passed all of the hurdles.
