Is it Herpes. Dr says No, but I'm not sure what this is.

I have been driving myself mad, looking at pictures, comparing symptoms, and just wondering if I do or don't have IT.
here is my backstory it is a bit long and im going to make is as detailed as possible.
I have only had a few sexual partners, always in monogamous relationships and we always would get tested before being intimate. I meat a man we ended up dating for a few years, he wanted to not use condoms so we went to the clinic to get tested and everything was all good, or so I thought. I didn't at the time know that they won't check for HSV1 and 2 antibodies unless it is specifically requested😫 so I thought I was being as safe as I could be (so young, so dumb)
a week after we had unprotected sex I got a few bumps on my labia. I was freaked right on out. I call my GP she looks at it and tells me she has no clue what it is but it isn't herpes. she swabs it, but bc its not a blister and nothing is coming out of it she indicates it probably won't come back conclusive. she was right it showed no signs of herpes from the sample taken.
I now suffer with these breakouts a few times a year (its been 6 years) my dr told me to just live with it....what? this is impacting my life and making me so depressed I can't just keep on keeping on like nothing is wrong down there. I did some research and after a year I requested the blood test. both came back negative. fast forward a few more years as the breakouts are ruining.my life i order another antibody test, and its negative... wthhhh im so scared that it still is the big H
fast forward to today, I have a major breakout. I have been on antibiotics for a few months, I also recently got the flu and after suffering with a fever I woke up in the morning to find a slew of uninvited friends down there.
I am booking another blood test as its been a while since my last one. and I am just looking for answers. *I know this may sound crazy
I can't get these swabbed as they never excrete anything so even my Dr has given up on that.
also worth noting: I had a lump appear last week i took a proiotic it just went away overnight
the bums are itchy, always. never painfully
when the bumps are ready to leave, they do so peacefully no breaking, scabbing, they just dissappear. sometimes they stay for months, other times they stay for a day.
sometimes, I suffer for months where it seems like one side is healing and then they bounce to the other side of my labia. this has gone on for several months.
they do not crust
nor cluster, but there are several there
does not hurt to pee nor do I have any nerve pain as is often associated with an outbreak. but some look a bit like blisters to me, so that is unsettling. and I know that everyone experienced it differently.
one more thing: I was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago. I read that bc chemo suppresses your immune response an outbreak is more probable and severe during treatment, I didn't have any outbreaks at that time, does this mean anything? no clue! but thought it worth mentioning.
I feel so weird posting pics of my Gina, but I feel like Dr's have just told me to live with it and its impacting my mental health. maybe it is herpes and my Dr's just aren't as well versed with how different they can look?

i was recently diagnosed with hsv1 and that kind of looks like what my initial outbreak looked like. my doctor originally told me it didn't look like herpes but my swab results came back positive for hsv1. do your bumps eventually scab over as they heal?
