Is it herpes or something else?

I invited this girl to my house and we had protected sex and after we did her friend said she had a rash she covered up with makeup. I took a shower right after I heard that. About a month and half, two months later I got a rash on my right inner thigh. It is not blistered up or itching or painful. I don't have any other symptoms like painful urinating or anything. It looks like a normal rash but it's been here for like 3 weeks, it looks like it is better but it's still there. I talked to an online doctor and she said it didn't sound like herpes or any std. Out of nowhere I started getting very little bumps on my foot. So what does this sound like, the rash and very little bumps/ maybe like 1 blister.

Did you feel any tingling in your body before the rash appeared? If you use a wash cloth in the shower and touched the rash on your thigh then washed your body with the same wash cloth then a rash or blisters could appear any where on the body. It will look like little pimples they will be very painful though. In worse cases they will swell up. You could try antiviral medication or topical cream to try to help it go away. The only sure way to find out is to make an appointment with your doctor. It doesn't take long to show up in the blood work after you have been in contact with the virus.

No it tingle or anything and I just think it might be a heat rash or something I'm allergic too but I'm still scared. I don't have any herpes symptoms or anything just a rash on my thigh and the rash isn't even blistered or hurting. The only problem I have is that it has been there for like 3 weeks, and it has gotten a little better but still there.

I know for sure that if a heat rash stays longer than 3 or 4 days it is recommended to see a doctor immediately. Any pictures might help to figure out what it is exactly. It could be a number of things.
