Is it HIV or Herpes or Other STD ? Please help.... ( * Image attached)

Please help me ...... 

My Age 35 .Male . Married. Am From India.

I had protected sex with one escort/call girl 65 days before (20-May-2017).

 

No Oral Sex. During foreplay i didn't wear condom my penis was touched her hip(body) one time with my precum.

I was kissed her neck. But No Lip kiss. I kissed her boobs.And Finally i did vaginal sex with condom.

Before Ejaculation i remove my penis and i removed condom with my hand Without wash my hand i did masturbation my self.

After 40 days (04-July-2017) i consult with doctor. He checked and said there is no issues. but for my sake i did lap test.

Test Report came neative. Waiting for window period to take retest (3rd month - 20-aug-2017)

I have listed my Test Results

Currently my symptoms are

Feels itching all over the body.

Got one Pimples and One Skin tag in my inner thigh(Leg)

One more pimple near my anus but got disappeared after 2 days.

More pimple on my neck (Image attached).

Some Time Discomfort in my Penis

Some Eye Irritation

At the time of stress i Feel saliva like foamy

I feel Very bad. Feeling guilty and fear to have sex with my wife (Currently am postponing to sex with my wife).

Getting fear to hug/touch/kiss my daughter i any infection will spread to her from my symptoms.

Still i have itching all over body and getting some pimples all over body.

Please help me .

Will i get STD/STI after some time ?

When can i take next TEST ?

What are the test need to be take?

Is there any False negative possibility?

What is "Leucocytes" ? I got Positive in my Urine Test Result. Is that cause of STD ?

What is the reference value which i got? is it normal or I will increase ?

How to sex with my wife ? currently am avoiding.

Is any pimples break is it will spread to others ?

    I'm very sorry but a person like you with this much anxiety and worry for nothing, you definitely don't need to be sleeping with anyone outside of your marriage all of your results clearly state negative. You used a condom you are NEGATIVE and you need to relax. Btw you didn't notice that pimple on your skin before the sex? None of these pictures are sex related please calm down ....

    It can be Molluscum Contagiosum or it could be nothing but I don't know

      I have attached that image. Is it  genital warts or condyloma ?

    Your encounter as described is low risk, and you are negative for all things tested so far and have no real symptoms other than psychological, it seems. Since you are so very anxious, for peace of mind, retest after the respective window periods and relax if everything comes back negative, as is likely the case.

    It is up to you whether you test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. You have certainly tested for near everything else, I'm surprised you didn't! If you do, the urine test window is about one week, so you are well past that. Collect a sample when you wake up in the morning, first catch, not mid-stream, using the sterile bottle provided.

    In the meantime, try to relax and worry less! Also, should you retest for herpes, there is no need to do the IgM tests, only IgG, as the IgM tests for herpes are notoriously unreliable.

      It doesn't look like much and I could barely see it at all in one of the photos. I honestly wouldn't worry about it.

      If it is just one bump, I highly doubt it's HPV. I only know of a pcr swab test for HPV, but it is not typically approved for use in men. Depends on the clinic. Otherwise the diagnosis is presumably visual in the case of genital warts.

      You are seriously worrying way too much about everything, though. Take assurance in your results to date and try not to obsess. Stress and anxiety are bad for your health, plus the more you look, the more you are bound to find something you never noticed before. Grasping at straws isn't healthy or helpful.

      Yes am worrying. But Not for me am worrying for my wife and my daughter. It should not spread to them right . :-( .

      I understand how you feel. I have been through all the same worries. Avoid sharing drinks or kissing your family for the time being. The hardest thing is to tell your wife but if I were you I would tell her , beg her to stay , tell her you need her support to go through this difficult times , you love the kids, and apologize for what you have done. I can see from your words you worried about yourself and how you may be impacting your family. You love them. Now, wait for the second test . Meanwhile, stay calm and continue to go to work and live and I hope your second test will be all passed. Your symptom doesnt look like hiv anyways. You have condom on and no bare penetration, no high fever, no rash all over body, so the chance of hiv is zero .

      Regarding the other reply, there is no reason to avoid kissing or sharing drinks *whatsoever*. You did not kiss the woman or perform oral sex, so your mouth is of no concern. Telling your wife is entirely up to you. If this was your first time with a prostitute, let it be your last, and that will be good enough, rather than jeopardizing your entire marriage and family over one poor decision that has caused you so much anxiety.

      All you need to do for peace of mind is to follow up your tests, test for gonorrhea and chlamydia as well (since you are so worried), then put this all behind you after you get your results, which will no doubt be negative. The tiny bump on your scrotum honestly looks like nothing, but ask your doctor the next time if you need that extra reassurance. That's all you need to do, besides worrying less.

      New Symptoms

      * Feeling thirsty and feeling bitter taste in tongue. and Frequent Urination after having water.

      * Yesterday i had itching and paining on my butt crack.

      * Today i got itching and  small pimple in my left inner thigh with pain. [Pic attached]. Currently i applied turmeric around the place.

      Do i need to consult with doctor tomorrow ?

      Still am waiting for my window period for re test.[AUG 20] [90 days]. 

      Do i need to wait for my window period or can i go for lab test ? currently am in 75th day .

      Please pray for me and my family ...... sad

      You are being overly paranoid about this and seeing symptoms where none exist, or where they are just normal bodily variations. I will not entertain your photos anymore, as you seriously need to relax! I really hope you learn from this experience and never sleep with a prostitute again, as the turmoil you are putting yourself through is not worth the few minutes of fun.

      As for testing, given your extreme anxiety, I think it's best that you wait for the full 90 days, as that's what is recommended, plus anything less and you'll forever be questioning and doubting the results.

      I went to doctor. He prescribed some antibiotics table and fungus tablet.

      If u want to c pic I will add photo after 7 hours

      Before taking this tablet I plan to take std panel test.whats ur advice?

      I am happy to help, so long as you are willing to help yourself! May I suggest that you occupy your free time with a distraction, ideally something health or fitness related. The less time you have to dwell on it, the better for your mind and overall well-being, plus doing something health or fitness related will make you feel strong and proactive. If your doctor observed and found nothing in any tests so far, these minor symptoms you speak of may be induced by stress and anxiety.

      Oh, just realised you replied with the same message twice, but with additional info in the second one.

      I still advise testing for all the big ones at 3 months. Anything sooner is up to you and in addition to this. If you haven't already, test for gonorrhea and chlamydia as well. No need to repeat these at 3 months unless positive and following treatment.

      In First image some times i feel my penis tip is red colour like small lips and feeling small burning effect . is it urine infections or some other .

      The HSV IgM test is worthless, so you could have saved money there. I don't know the forex rate, but that sounds expensive, especially the N. gonorrhea test! (Yes, that's the right one.) What does your doctor say about the bumps you circled?

      anxious . Nothing he explained. Just he prescribed antibiotics tablet and fungal infection tablet .

      Before going for gonorrhea test can I take these tablets ?

      VDRL is non-reactive

      under urine report one pus cell range is 3-4 WBC/HPF. what it is mean? any thing serious?

      waiting for other test reports .....

      You are within the normal range (up to 5), so I wouldn't worry about it. Everything else looks normal, too. You should take that as a good sign and another reason to worry less.

      As for the gonorrhea test, it depends on which meds you are now taking. The only thing that can happen is nothing (the meds have no impact), or they clear or start to clear the gonorrhea (which is a good thing) if you do have it, which I am not saying you do.

      Here with i have attached my latest test report.

      Some parameter are differed with last time report. There test method got changed for Herpes. Last time it was ELISA and this time CLIA  method. In CLIA Method they are just <0.5 index.

      what is the difference ? what is that mean ?  Is virus is increasing in this period ?

      Please check and update your comments.

      my anxiety is coming down. 

      Currently i have unrine infection i dont know because of my anxiety  or fungal 

      ( symtoms are am frequently drinking water and urination , burning sensation on penis )

       

      Can anxiety cause urine infection or its related to fungal?

      A few people have had the CLIA test done on here. It is not as common as ELISA, however, so I am not familiar with it. The main thing, though, is that it tests for IgG, not IgM, and you are once again negative. Different test kits and methodologies can't be compared, but you are clearly negative using two different diagnostic tools on separate occasions, which is good news. Everything else is also negative, so you should stop worrying.

      Stress and anxiety can't cause a fungal infection (fungus causes a fungal infection), but nervousness can make people thirsty, and if you drink more, you pee more, so... No explanation about the burning sensation, but it's not herpes or chlamydia. Perhaps you are overfocusing to the point where you are magnifying everyday sensations.
