Is it just me.

Hello everyone, got a maybe stupid question. Does anyone feel totally exhausted after having a anxiety attack. It just seems worse since being on zoloft. I really don't remember being so tired before this wild ride on zoloft. Any answers would be appreciated.

    Hi Brenda,

Absolutely exhausted after an anxiety attack. The amount of adrenaline thats involved during the attack is what makes you exhausted!

Thank you for your reply, it's just so confusing, don't know if this is how it goes or just being over sensitive. Then again I do feel like I'm round up tight like a rubber band.

I think anxiety and fatigue go hand in hand. I am totally exhausted. Up to 150mg now and although panic attacks have stopped I am too tired to do anything. I've been off work since nov and am virtually house bound. Am hoping that one day I will wake up and feel normal ..whatever that is.

Maybe I need 200mg. Who knows!

I felt better than i do now when I was on 50mg.

      This is a horrible illness.

      Good luck

Thanks Hoopz, I agree that this illness is the pits. Thank you for your reply. If I'm not tired I'm either shaking like a leaf or in a anxiety attack. There has to be a light at the end of this tunnel.
