Is it just me? or does this really work!!!

Ok so I have suffered with bv for 10+ years. I've tried everything you can name and of course it came back. I just finally got so fed up and tired of spending money on products that really don't work permanently. So I stopped buying and using home remedies putting different products in my body and vajay, because tbh I feel that if the vajay cleanses itself we shouldnt have to insert products in it everyday or take all these probiotics and other useless products to be healthy down below. Then what happens when you cant get the products, all of the bv symptoms come right back!!!. So I was reading a post oneday and it stated to help with bv use water, and thats exactly what I did!! when I took my shower that night I washed with my dove, but this is where the magic happened.... might be TMI but I really want yall to know this.....when I rinsed off I turned around and actually bent over so the water from the shower head was hitting me directly on my anus and I evened opened up my vajay ( enough to where i could actually feel the water hitting my opening)....I have been doing this now everyday when i shower and I don't know if i'm tripping or what but I swear my smell has completely gone and my discharge is even normal its much whiter as before it was more like an off white and it has absolutely no smell.....i really want someone to try this and get back to me with their results plz..this is the only thing I have been doing, i havent been taking any products or inserting anything in my vajay

The best thing to do to keep it away is to completely change your diet make sure you eating plain yogurt it targets the bad bacteria and replace it with the good bacteria. Than start taking acidophilus that attacks the bad bacteria wear cotton underwear, and when you are intimidate make sure your partner wash his private real plain soap and brush his tongue as well. Are vaginas have a mind of its own and it will decide at any moment if it don’t like the environment

Yes that’s true you not supposed to be inserting anything in your Vag becz it cleanses itself you can take acidophilus and plain yogurt orally only that’s how it suppose to be used I hear a lot women saying they put this and that in the vag you only suppose to use water even soap don’t go in there it goes around the vaginal walls that how to properly clean it but every woman is different and every woman secretion is different but to keep the good bacteria is to wear and change cotton underwear and don’t put any smell good near your vagina it doesn’t like that and will react to that very easily and you have to be very careful taking those bubble bathes and putting anything like that near your vagina! It like plain water and soap just around it

Ladies if you are using sex toys that are not 100% silicone grade material you will get recurrent infections such as bv. Get rid of those toys and then go to your doctor for a prescription. I had recurrent bv for 6 years. Nothing worked until I did the above. I no longer have bv or chronic uti infections!

Maybe it's NOT BV. Have you heard of Ureaplasma urealyticum?

My Gyn tested me and gave me a prescription for Doxycycline. I had an overgrowth of Ureaplasma urealyticum.

Since the antibiotic, I have not had any issues. Also, I have been told for years that I had BV.

There are about 200 types of mycoplasma bacteria, but most of them are harmless. The ones you may have to worry about are:

    Mycoplasma pneumoniae

    Mycoplasma genitalium

    Mycoplasma hominis

    Ureaplasma urealyticum

    Ureaplasma parvum

    Mycoplasma pneumoniae
