Sorry to hear about that it doesn't sound very nice.
Everyone is different but I have been on this three times over quite a few years my max dose was only 100mg.
I never had any symptoms like that.
It might be best to get Intouch with the gp again?
Hope you get sorted soon.

Yep you are right it does seem like a yoyo! And it gets tiring of the up and downs doesn't it.
Well it's been a bit odd for me because the second time I was taking it I noticed it helping really quickly and I had no bad side affects at all. Only good.
I was taking 50mg then and it seemed to be perfect all round.
So had no complaints and after quite a few months decided to gradually wean off before hopefully having my baby.
Weaned off with hardly any side effects luckily.
But felt I needed them again recently (well 6 months ago)
Started at 50mg which seemed to do nothing.
Doctor upped it to 100mg and strangely still no effects good or bad!
I didn't want to take a higher dose I felt it might be a bit too strong.
So I am now almost finished coming back off.
It just shows it can work so differently with the same person and different people!
Luckily my doctor is helpful and there's a really kind nurse I can ask to see which is good as I know I can ask anything anytime, so it's worth you keeping Intouch with them if you can just to see what happens?
You could even note down how you seem to feel each day and then let them see?
It's such a shame some of us battle away like this π
Hopefully all turns out ok with you.

My first time taking them didn't take too long to start to help it must of been between 7-10 days to really notice the benefits π
It really eased up all of my problems but I still felt like me.
I was disappointed that this time I haven't had any affect at all. π
All the best.

Remember always go back to the doctor if you don't notice any help soon enough.
And hopefully it will be well worth the wait once you settle on the right dose maybe π

Sorry to hear that things have started to slow down and dip when you were making good progress. As I think I've shared with you, I'm at a similar stage to you and was feeling a lot more positive at the 8 week stage. The last week or so has been a lot more up and down. I know that our friend Blu would suggest that you do take a look at the change in brand as I know he believes that there can be a difference in the brands (not the basic ingredients but the additives that each manufacturer uses e.g. colouring). Can you get a new prescription and go back to the previous brand (if you can find a pharmacist that stocks it)? I know other factors in my life affect my mental state each day - therapy is helping me with this. I have days where I push myself to achieve what I've set out to do which helps my confidence. I've been having non-days too where I just can't motivate myself to do anything :-)
Let us know how you get on in the next few days. Good luck mate!
