Feels like my Anxiety kicks up at bed time does anyone else ever go through this

    Unfortunately my is every waking minute of the day and night. I have decided today that enough is enough. I'm going on Vit B group and stop sifting the net for symthons .

    Hi monique i do breathing exercises it has help me i do them for 5 minutes when i breath out i tell myself i am breathing all my anxiety away

    I try not to think about it. Now I do get the night sweats around 2:00 a.m and they last til I get up around 5:00 a.m. Drives me crazy and sometimes can't always fall back to sleep. Are you raking anything for anxiety or maybe a sleeping pill would help you to relax more.

    It used to be that I only got anxiety attacks at night but now I can get anxious at any time of the day.

    Yes my anxieties kick in around bed time too to where i am restless and just can't sleep then when i fall asleep early in the morning i become restless again its a never ending story
