yes your penis glans look perfectly normal, some looks smooth some ruff, as long as it doesnt get in the way of anything meaning pain or stuff your ok

Just wanted to add to Michael's observation of normal... Yes, Your penis head looks completely normal to me too. Those pearly things you see on your penis is completely normal for you and many other men. Like Micheal said, some men have a smooth head and some have a more rough textured one. 👍🙂
