Is it normal for my breasts to feel like there is a hard ball inside?

we get told a lot as women to check our breasts regularly for things but its hard to know what it should feel.

when i feel or squeeze my breasts it feels like there is a big hard ball inside, one side is slightly bigger feeling. i have bad anxiety so i got overthinking about it the other day and i tried to find out online but couldn't find anyone describing it the same.

so, is this "hard ball" just the breast tissue or should i speak to my doctor?

    You should talk about it to your doctor for sure, you shouldn't feel any balls inside of it.

    Since you have a doubt about it, you need to get exam.
