I am 26 years old. Last month i went for breast examination and doctor said everything is normal. Today morning, i saw somthing white in my nipples and while trying to remove it, i squeezed my nipples and something white like pus came from 1 duct. I got that kind of stuff sometime when i squeeze pimples i have around areola. Please help me. I am so worried.

is your nipple tender? If not this is probably quite normal and harmless. you sound as though you are often squeezing and kneading your breasts,looking for pimples. this can stimulate your breasts to produce a discharge. You really need to leave your breasts well alone. The raised spots around the areola are quite normal and should be left alone,and never squeezed. You can introduce infection. you have had the "all clear" from your doctor,now try to forget about your breasts.
