Is it normal to experience low libido levels and delayed ejaculation after first doses?

I've only taken 2 doses of sertraline, 25mg 1st day and 12.5mg 2nd day. There are quite a few side effects I'm experiencing but the major one right now is low libido levels and delayed ejaculation. It used to take me 5-8 minutes to finish but now it's ~30 minutes. Is it normal to have these side effects this early on at such a low dose? I already talked to my doctor about stopping and going for therapy instead, I am hoping the side effects will go away. Today is the third day and I've not taken any last night.

    I'm on day three now but put this to the test last night. Took longer than usual but when it happened i felt very odd indeed. Never experienced anything like it before and not in a good way.
