Is it normal to feel anxiety symptoms only when relaxed?

Hi guys, so I've been having daily adrenaline rushes, not really panic attacks because when they happen i don't panic. However, during this I only feel a rapid heart rate and maybe some over breathings. It's only when I have relaxed where I feel anxiety symptoms. I get extreme muscle tension, chest pains right down the center, vibrating sensations, derealization etc. All the usual anxiety symptoms, however, I am no longer anxious at the time. It last for days which is why I am having repeated attacks, because I can be relaxing and feel intense spasms, then feel my heart speed up then another attack happens, and more intense symptoms after the attack. Is this normal to feel these symptoms after a panic/adrenaline attack? How do you deal with the symptoms and not get anxious to the point you have another attack? Am I overly anxious and not realize it? I'm am so confused as I am healthy and have been checked out, but can't get over these symptoms. I start treatment July 12, but need some help until then. I am so drained and scared that if I keep having these attacks daily, my body will just shut down or my heart will stop.

Same here funny thing is I just had one last night woke up and heart rate just sped up but I didn't panic just sat there drank water and did breathing excercises I use to panic when they would happen but after 2 yrs of it and one big huge panic attack that landed me in E.R. I have learned I will survive them obviously I'm still here thank god. They are scary but reading others stories looks like it is common symptom of anxiety so gives me a little comfort knowing I'm not the only one.

Thanks Monica. It helps. I've mutple EKGs, Chest X-ray blood work but no echocardiogram, stress test or holter monitor. I would like  those done and maybe it would ease a lot of my anxiety but I currently don't have insurance and am not working due to anxiety so getting them done isn't likely for me. Which gives me more anxiety. I am 26 btw.

I have found yes you can have symptoms at anytime. It is a disorder maybe we are never actually relaxed but just used to the stress level or something
