Is it normal to see millions of dots?

I’ve always been a bit of a hypochondriac, but these dots are really worrying me. They’re NOT floaters, it’s like seeing millions of buzzing dots in your vision. I feel like I’ve always seen some grainy static/dots at night, does everyone see this? I can also see them in low light or on walls, but if I don’t think about it, I usually don’t really notice it. They don’t really affect my vision, it has always been perfectly fine and I had an eye exam done in October so I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with my eyes.  However, my anxiety and paranoia always convinces me there is something wrong, and I’m just worried what I’m seeing is abnormal. Does anyone understand what I mean? My main concern is that I really don’t want it to get worse.

I have this my hole life. I don't really know how it started but it was when i saw 4 blocks or something. maybe it was a dream or something. I actually was 3 years old when i saw those blocks and then it started(i can barely remember). when i was around 5 years i didn't only saw millions of dots, i was starting seeing bees/bugs that my parents couldn't see. I was so scared and sweaty. It happend on a night. I'm older now and my parents still don't believe me and my sister is making jokes about it. I went to an eye doctor at nine years old i guess and said that nothing was wrong with my eye and said that i had to play a bit outside. It helped a bit. When i was a child i was afraid that i was the only one. Now i'm not so scared of the dots i can be normal. when i stare at it its becoming a different type of dot, like they're forming a group. This kind of vision hasn't even a name and no its not visual snow its something else. Its kinda rare though. If you're reading this, don't forget that your not the only one.
