Is it normal to still have leaking from the surgical wound 19 days after surgery (umbilical hernia)?

Hello. I'm a 62 year old male. I had an obstructed para-umbilical hernia and went to the hospital as an emergency. They performed an open repair of the hernia + omentectomy + small bowel resection with anastamosis on 6 June 2020. I had my staples removed 6 days ago. A creamy colour liquid has been leaking out of the sides of the surgical wound since a week after surgery and continues to leak. There is no foul smell to the liquid and the wound isn’t hot to the touch. My temperature is normal. I have no other issues. Should I be concerned that it’s still leaking 19 days post-op?
