Is it ok to take Pradaxa 150mg just once a day?

Hey guys

Hope all is well.

Since I was diagnosed with a DVT 6 years ago, I have been on and off different blood thinners all of which of getting me unbearable side effects of head racing depression and anxietycluding physical side effects.

However Pradaxa seems to be currently the one with the least of them but still inhibits them. As I am taking 150 mg is it ok to take it just once daily I do to prevent DVT prophylaxis?

It's a very broad question but I really really need advice because my doctors and GPS don't seem to be doing anything about it. I'm also type 1 diabetic and as far as I know it was unprovoked DVT.
