Hi,
it is the third day that this appeared around my lip, could it be a cold sore. The first day it was sensitive to touch. one picture is yesterday and one is today. those cold sores always blister or could just remain as pimples?

The lesions I can see in the pictures are so small that it is very unlikely that it is due to a cold sore.
The cold sore always evolves into the characteristic fluid-filled blisters, which then develop into a crust before disappearing.
