Is it possible that I have Tourette syndrome?

I started having tics in May 2021, when I was 13. It's now February 2022, I'm 14 and there hasn't been a single day without them. The tics are often embarrassing or painful and sometimes I'm scared to go to school. I did some research and considering everything I read, I might have Tourette's. I have about 7 vocal tics and 5 motor tics. I don't remember having tics when I was smaller, it only just started when I was 13. The only thing that doesn't add up is the fact that it hasn't been a year since they started. So is it possible? Can I have Tourette syndrome?
