Is it possible that my headaches are due to perimenopausal symptoms even if I’m still on HRT?

Hi everyone!  I’ve been experiencing almost daily headaches for about a year which lead to depression.   I thought maybe the headaches  was symptom of my depression but now that my depression is under control with Zoloft I am still getting headaches. I have been on HRT for the last 10 years due to a complete hysterectomy. Now that I am 50 could I still be experiencing perimenopausal 

(Headaches)  symptoms  even if I am still on HRT? I’ve been on the same dose of HRT  for the last 10 years. Any  help would be appreciated!
