Is it possible to get an std if I'm a virgin and never been touched by anyone else??

It started when i was in 6th grade, i developed a cheesy smelling discharge that was thick and looked like a booger. Then in 7th grade i remember getting some blister type things on my labia minora ( i unfortunately have very large ones) and it burned to pee. That went away and I haven't gotten any since, but when i was a sophomore my discharge turned very watery and i developed very dry skin around my vagina and it was itchy and i would constantly scratch it until i got cuts. I also have not got that since. I also get these large pimple type cyst things around my vagina that sometimes have thick brownish puss. Or just red bumps with not much inside. I have very few blackheads around the area too. Now my discharge varies from a popcorn smell, to a cheesy smell, to a weird smell i cant describe. The texture also varies. It either comes out like a clear long booger, or white cottage cheese type. The pimples are pretty rare but i still get them once in a while. They usually don't hurt. Im just wondering though, do i have an std?? I have never had sex with anyone and no one has ever touched me in that area. I used to masterbate alot when i was younger bc i was accidentally exposed to porn at a young age, but now I'm 18 and don't do it as much. maybe this is gods punishment for me for being a chronic masterbater. If not then what the f**k else could it be?This caused me extreme depressed. I never told my mom because I have a weird anxiety, i didn't even tell her i got my period when i did because i suck at communication and am very shy

You can't get some forms of STI without having sex, though most are sexually transmitted. It sounds like you may have genital warts combined with thrush or a bacterial infection.

If you've suffered issues for years, it's probably nothing sinister but i really would recommend you a GP or gynaecologist

Thank you for your feedback! But how would I have given myself genital warts? Also my symptoms look nothing like warts or ATLEAST not the ones that I’ve seen on the internet
