I am having this problem for 2 years. Used some creams to get rid off, but when i stopped using the cream it again came back. Can anyone give me some home remedies to get rid off?

Try using lemon, it brightens skin and freckles. I would advise to use cosmetic procedures or creams on a restorative basis, but if you do it at home, then citrus brightens the skin best.
