Hey Rachel. I was diagnosed with anxiety just today and have had stomach cramps with it. Mine felt like period pains but weren't. It's all the stress and the way your body reacts to certain feelings xxx

Yeah its not pleasant! However I have also been diagnosed with IBS in the past and I know this is a symptom of that as well so I don't know if my cramps are pure anxiety or if the anxiety has triggered ibs.. bodies are odd!

Yes but it can also be Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Best to check it out with your Dr xx

Anxiety plays havoc with the digestive system as digestion slows right down so you can develop temporary stomach cramps and IBS etc, best to eat little and often and plenty fruit, veg and liquids to help ease the symptoms.

If you get bad cramps Id suggest get checked out by GP to be safe.
