My friend experiences that's not part of their body and wants it removed. Does anyone know if there's some place in the world where they are willing to perform surgery just for this reason alone? Helpful advice aåpreciated.

Reason they want it removed is because they think it's not part of their body. They were born as woman, but they don't think of themselves as such. It's something that's not supposed to be in their body. This is the reason.

The friend needs referring for psychological counseling first as generally surgeons don't remove organs for no medical issue reason.
