I have the same thing going on. Nov 2017 I was put in ice with afibs. Every since then I've been obsessed with every single little thing. I hear the with heart attack and it puts me into a panic. I get a cramp it headache and I think I'm Gunna die. Been to the er multiple times and everything comes back ok. Everyone says it's anxiety and I was even diagnosed with panic disorder but the symptoms feel so real and I am always paranoid I'm going to faint and get myself worked up and get dizzy for no reason. It's the worst thing ever. I hate living like this

Aww so sorry about your dad everything your saying does point to anxiety I'd say. Your grieving and grief can make you feel ill you've had a lot of tests done and there ok all those symptoms are classic anxiety is there someone you can talk to about your loss cos it hasn't been very long since you lost your dad. God bless you xxxx
