    There are various studies that swing from nothing, up to one glass a day.

    Personally, if my wife were pregnant with our child, I would not want her drinking at all. You have no idea what it might do to a foetus, perhaps making it more likely to be alcohol dependent later in life.

    When I was pregnant 47 yers ago - this was not an issue - but I automatically dropped it - I had one half  of glass of guinness twice a week - but now would think twice about it. I am thinking a small glass n no more.
