Is it serious?

I am a 25M, virgin. About 4 months ago, i had banititis, and there also used to be tingling and burning sensation after peeing. It was probably due to the dirty water that i used to clean my penis. The balanitits and the tingling and burning sensation went away itself. The meatus is however still looks like lips. The meatus further swells up after masturbation. Due to this, I haven't masturbated for almost 2 months. The meatus still looks quite like lips, but it isnt as big as it used to be. There is also white discharge sometimes while difficulty passing stool (when i have to strain to pass the stool). It has happened 2 times in the last 3 weeks. Is this (The lip like meatus, white discharge while passing stool) a serious condition? Currently i am taking antifungal medicines for jock itch and drinking lots of water.

    Sounds like you have a UTI which would explain the stinging while peeing & swelling after masturbating.

    The white stuff while pooping is precum as you will be squeezing the seminal glads while pooping.
