about 3 months ago I recently had bladder issues where I can go pee then I can't sometimes I need to go back for a pee straight after but only dribble I don't wake up at night nor do it hurt just dribble and weak flow also now I getting lower back pain which is a dull aching pain and mild pain in hips and my legs feel stiff.(I had a PSA test it was 3.5) I due another test this week ..what do you think this is ?

The good news is that what you have doesn't sound like cancer.
Ask your GP to refer you to a CT lower back, kidneys, ureter and bladder.
This may reveal if something is going on.
You may be referred to a ultrasound afterwards.
The good news is that these are quick and non invasive exams and generally a great
initial point for investigation.
