Noticed this on my calf yesterday, was at a tanning bed the previous day. Tender/sore and feels like a lump.

see a dermatologist, it looks like basil cell carcinoma or squamous cell cancer. Either one is easy to treat with surgery or cryogenic therapy. Good Luck.
