Id say just go to a dermatologist and they will look after you. They'll be able to give you an answer and do whatever is necessary to remove them

i went to family doctor. First he said it could be bacterial infection in the pore and gave me antibacterial ointment. I applied if for for over a month but it didn't worked. I went again to doc today, now he is saying it could be genital wart and want it to removed in next session. I am very worried don't know what to do.
