Is it still blood cloth or a miscarriage

2 weeks ago, I got into sexual intercourse and lost my virginity to my boyfriend, but in line with that I am taking pills. I have an irregular period and the month that I got sexual intercourse, my period havent been started, that was April. Now, it's may and I stopped taking pills 3 days ago and my period already started just today and I saw something together with my period, I dont know if it is a blood cloth or a miscarriage. Somebody helpp meeee. I cant ask anyoneimage

    this happened to me today! i am on the depo shot so dont usually have periods but 2 days ago i started, and today i had a similar thing like that. I have negative prgo test ive had to take 3 in the last 2 weeks due to a er visit with kidney stones. Did you ever figure out what this was?
