    I found a soap that's made with lye for your vagina and it's wonderful for keeping the itch down.

    Hi Annie, people find different things helpful. I wash with aqueous cream which I find non irritating ( comes in tub or tube) and I find that coconut oil ( the stuff that is solid when cold) is very soothing if I start getting an itch. Olive oil is popular too I believe.
