Is it time to up my dosage?

Entering my 3rd week of 100mg a day with Klonopin 0.25mg 1-2 times a day. Used to be on Zoloft years ago and was at 200mg a day. Since I am not having many physical side effects is it time to ask my doc to up me to 150mg?
First week was pretty great but this second week I have had more anxiety / intrusive thoughts. Wanting to call my doc to perhaps move to the next step up.
Advice? Trying to stay positive but it's hard lately... feelings of hopelessness, anxious, and worrying a lot. Feel like I am a bad person for these intrusive thoughts even though I know they are not real.

i would jump up. call the doc, but if you aren't having any bad side effects--go for it. iespecially since you have been on it in the past....

Perhaps you could wait the 3rd week out and if it's not better then yes ask the doctor to up your dose. Reason I say this is I had some weeks that were harder than the last with increased anxiety etc when I was upping doses, so I said to myself, if it's longer than 2 weeks, then go back to the doctors. And it seemed to work for me, just to ride out that bad period

I think I may be experiencing what you did with upping doses... my doctor upped me to 150mg a day now and it's been 3 days. My anxiety has actually felt worse... will this subside in the coming days/weeks?

Another note,
I have only been back on Zoloft for 3 weeks and I have already gone from starting at 50mg a day (only was at this dosage for 2-3 days), then I was at 100mg a day (about 2 weeks at this level), and now in my third week I was upped to 150mg. Have these increases been happening too soon? I don't want to go much higher... I know 200mg is where you start to max out and 250mg is the absolute highest they can allow. I don't want to max out the daily limit and especially not this soon...

It does sound like you were upped very quickly, everyone is different of course, but for me, I stayed on 25mg for a long time just because of the range of bad side effects I got. Then once I felt good on that, the doctor upped me to 50mg (this was about after 4 weeks or so on 25). When I upped the dose this time, it wasn't as bad as my body had enough time to deal with inital side effects the first time around.
I remember initially my DR prescribed me 25mg for 1 week then up to 50mg, but said to come back if I had side effects and we would keep on 25mg for a bit longer. I would say that a trip to the doctor to mention the side effects could be worth your while
