hi all

been taking flu for nearly 4 weeks i have lots of energy but yet i still feel depressed , angry and panicky sad should it have started to work by now

    Just a quick reply before i keel over into sleepworld.

    I'm sure it is working. I know patience is probably in short supply at the moment but that is what you need to have...and plenty of it.

    It is early days for you. Everyone feels the benefits at different times but for me it was about week 6.

    Hang on in there my dear, you should feel the benefit soon.

    wowzers :shock: yep it's starting to work woooooooooooot mum2jord :ok: , 4 weeks and it's kicking in so soon :shock: you are a lucky young bunny, you wait till ya get to 6 to ten weeks, you have some real nice surprises in store :rainbow: :ok:

    the energy is a great sign of recovery, but the depression is sill there big style :? the angry/panicky/frustration is classic for the stage your at mum2jord :huh: try and relax, avoid stress and above all have patience, you are mending, brill :mrgreen:

    Im on my 3rd week, dont feel any different at the moment still quite anxious and suffering mood swings, roll on week 6.
