Is left groin pain normal 2 weeks After Mynectony

everyone, please help me. its been 3.5 weeks since my Mynectony was done. i had 35 fibroids removed. there were three large ones. while im feeling a bit stronger each day, i am feeling a pain/ discomfort in my left groin especially when i get in and out of bed. is this normal? ive also gotten very gassy. my tummy is not as swollen but pouch is still visible. will this ever go away?
