Would like to know, I want this healed and I don't want this to ever return
Since it is chronic and there is sentinel pile it means anytime in future I pass a hard stool it will return. Also I have had 4 fissures so far.
If I manage to get this healed by some miracle using Nitro or Botux, I would need to make sure everything is always soft.

i take movicol/laxido x 2 daily
just to stay soft

How well does it work? I notice the tip of the stool coming out for about 1 inch is always hard no matter what you do and what laxative you use.

1 in a bottle of juice throughout day
and one before bed

What exactly is this cream made of?
I know Hemorrhoid creams are supposed to be a no no for fissures since it can prevent fissures from healing. But I saw reviews on this that said it cured fissures, did it cure your fissure?
